Administrative Law

Appeals against the State, amparo actions, administrative sanctions, commercial licenses and access to public information.

Administrative law governs the conduct of the State at its three levels — federal, provincial and municipal — and the relationship between public administration and private individuals. Every State act that affects individual rights (fines, sanctions, denials, permits, expropriations) must comply with precise substantive and procedural rules. When those rules are breached, citizens have access to a challenge system combining administrative appeals, judicial actions and, in urgent cases, the constitutional amparo.

We advise individuals, professionals and businesses in their dealings with bodies such as ARCA, DNM, ANSES, ANMAT, ENACOM, AGIP, ARBA and national ministries. We handle the entire appeals chain, from the initial response to an administrative litigation action or federal amparo. We assist clients in Spanish, Russian and English.
